Order Processing
After your payment is authorized and verified, we will start processing your order and this process can take from 1 to 3 business days. If we are unable to process your order due to inaccurate or incomplete payment or incorrect address information, your order processing should be delayed.
Estimated Transit Time
All orders from the US, there will be 3 shipping methods:
- Priority Shipping (3-5 business days), depending on your physical location.
- Expedited Shipping (5-7 business days), depending on your physical location.
- Regular USPS (10-18 business days), depending on your physical location.
All orders from Canada, UK, EU countries, Australia are delivered between 10-18 business days, depending on your physical location.
All orders from others countries are delivered between 20 - 25 business days which depends on your actual location.
Delivery carriers have now implemented social distancing policies. This means that during your delivery you will no longer be asked to sign an electronic device on delivery and their staff will not physically hand the parcel to you.
SHIPPING AND CUSTOMS FEES VARY
Shipping price depends on the weight of each product and the geographical area that the customer orders to.
Due to the dimensions of the package, you will pay customs and import taxes. The amount of taxes depends on your country's laws, usually, it’s around $30 –$60. Hyperiwood is not responsible for them.
CUSTOM TAXES
- Our prices DO NOT include VAT, GST, or other country taxes.
- For international customers who are required to pay customs, you will receive an email from GFS Gateway, First Mile, or your local customs authorities asking for payment to have your order processed through customs. Unfortunately, there is no legal way around customs. Once you make that payment to the customs broker your order will be processed for final delivery.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the address correctly. We cannot guarantee address changes due to the strict shipping schedule. Please double-check the address you are entering, as we will NOT be held responsible for packages that are sent to the wrong address that the buyer has entered.If your order is already processed or has already shipped, we cannot change the address and the only thing we can do is wait to see if the package gets returned back to us. In that case, we will be able to provide you with an exchange or refund.
